DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

Our Development Centre at CNS Coaching is designed to help our players through a number of different programs. These sessions are on Monday evenings from 4.15pm-5.15pm at our base in St Joseph’s AFC Sallynoggin. These sessions have a max of 12 players per coach giving us the opportunity to help your child in a small group setting.

Ball Mastery

Our Ball Mastery sessions are the prefect way for your Child to improve their skill levels on the ball and build their confidence with the ball and in themselves. Our child friendly, safe environment has develop thousands of young children over the 15+ years that we have been developing our program.

Group sizes to suit your Childs needs, Uefa Licensed coaches to deliver the high performance training sessions that your child deserves.
