Ball Mastery

CNS Ball mastery sessions are designed to enhance player’s technical abilities by focusing on close control, quick footwork, and confidence on the ball. These sessions involve repetitive, high-intensity drills that develop a player’s touch, balance, coordination, and agility.

Key Training Components & Benefits:

4. Passing & Receiving

  • Short, sharp passing drills emphasise accuracy, weight of pass, and movement after passing.

5. Weak Foot Development

  • Players practice dribbling, passing, and shooting with their non-dominant foot to become more well-rounded.
