Some of today’s learning was Running Technique. Here’s young @harr_09 working on the ladder to help him improve his forward movement. Harry is already incredibly athletic and with the right training he can become a monster on the pitch!

This reminds me so much of my childhood only difference is @matthewbritton_7 is using one of our rebounders back in my day we used a wall. Point is if you want to improve on a specific area of your game you gotta put the work in! 💪

This month we are all about explosive speed! Think of the best players in the world what do they all have in common... they aren’t slow. So we are working on the detail of how to move quicker and through the right programming the right coaching and a lot of hard work you too can become a quicker player. And who doesn’t want to be quicker!🤔
At CNS we emphasis the importance of self believe to our players all the time. Believing in yourself might seem like an easy thing to do but it can be so easy to beat yourself up when you make a mistake and then your belief can disappear very quick

Believing in yourself might seem like an easy thing to do but it can be so easy to beat yourself up when you make a mistake and then your belief can disappear very quickly. That’s why we work with our players on the importance of using these moments (mistakes) to learn and ask yourself “ how can I improve on this” rather than “ I’m no good at this” massive shift when you start using these moments to learn and use them as apart of your development. Believe in yourself because if you don’t nobody else will, be brave and back yourself in every situation! 👌💙
