We are delighted to be able to offer our new Strength and Conditioning programmes to our athletes.
As part of our efforts to expand our coaching platform, and knowing how important physical development is to our athletes, we are creating strength and conditioning sessions for our footballers. These sessions are currently a big success on our online “Home” Coaching Program.
Physical development is a very important part of athlete development, and unfortunately something that can be overlooked in the exciting, regular organised season.
Strength and conditioning training can be done by anyone, of any age. We teach fundamental movements and skills through games to our younger athletes, while developing tailored programs to our older athletes.
